Musa cheesmanii – Cheesman’s Banana

This special banana tree is a must for your garden. When the plants are young, they are still green. With later plants that get a lot of sun, the pseudostem becomes shiny brown and the leafstalks brown. A real ornamental plant. It grows in root balls of very tall plants. This tree can grow up to 5 metres high. The best thing for this specimen is to keep it in a container. You will receive a plant in the size shown in the photo. The hardiness is comparable to Musa sikkimensis.
