This Tetrapanax papyriger rex has large rubust leaves with a tall slender stem. This Rice paper tree rex is the robust large form in his family. It makes large robust rosette long stalked palmate leaves. On the underside of the leaf is a silty layer. This spieces is close related to the genus Fatsia too.The seeds are very small and us experience difficult to grow them up! It makes easy a lot of suckers rondom the main stem.
