Trachycarpus nanus ‘High Elevation’  Yunnan Dwarf Palm

This is one of the rarest Trachycarpus spieces in the Trachycarpus genus. It is so hard to find real Trachyarpus nanus plants. There are only a few motherplants with seeds in cultivation by collectors. This year they found a collector in China. We have bought this for the first time. This spieces grows very slowly and don’t produce a stem. It is an trunk creeping spieces with upright flower stalks loaded with a lot of seeds. The stalks are more bigger than the main plant (!). The leaves has a bluish color. This dwarf palmtree is very cold hardy. This spieces is for the collectors! help to cultivate the Trachycarpus nanus. This spieces nanus is found at a very high area.
