Can I add more plants to my series order?

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

What payment options do you accept?

You can pay with iDeal, Paypal and bank transfer.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, canceling your order is possible, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us and include your order number and we will cancel the order.

Can I indicate a preferred delivery date?

Yes, in consultation this is possible. If you would like to take advantage of this, please contact us via email or WhatsApp. In your message, please include your order number and the date you would like the order delivered.

Will I receive an order confirmation by email?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you entered. The confirmation email may have ended up in the spam of your mailbox.

What postal companies do you ship with?

We ship with DPD & DHL. On request and at an additional cost we also ship with UPS.

Will I receive a Track & Trace code with my order?

Yes, you will receive an email from us with the Track & Trace code via the entered email address. Through this T&T code you can also indicate your preference for the delivery time; always where and when it suits you. Not received an email with the Track & Trace code? Please check your mailbox’s spam first.

Help! I can't trace my package on Track & Trace, what can I do?

We recommend that you wait 48 hours for an update of the Track & Trace code. DHL & DPD may have some delays in updates. If it takes longer than 48 hours please contact us.

Will my ordered plants survive the trip to me?

We package your plants so that they can stay healthy in the shipping box for at least two weeks. The plants are packed in such a way that they cannot slide and move around in the box. The boxes are filled with foam and newspapers.

Questions about searching for specific plants

I am looking for a distinct species of plant that is not on your website. Can you supply those as well?

You can submit a search request to us. Together we will then search for your long-sought plant. We work with searches and will search for your dream plant for you.
